Since 2000

As well as specific personal experiences, my work explores human interactions and connection to landscape as well as wider social and political issues. The formal aesthetic, arising through giving expression to those explorations – not the other way round, includes performance, video and installation. Sometimes works are one-off and time-based, others are ongoing projects that develop over much longer periods of time.

I am a co-founder/director of Matrix Art Projects, through which I work as promoter and curator of international live art exchanges and events.

Currently I am exploring the possibility of working further with people in Tanzania with aspirations to develop an arts and learning resource centre there, the Kilimanjaro Resources for Arts and Learning Centre.
